Welcome to Goordian ("Company", "we", "us", "our" or "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Goordian platform, including our website and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using Goordian, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

1. Acceptable Use

By using Goordian, you commit to:

Using the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
Not engaging in activities that compromise the security, integrity, or operation of the Service
Not attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Not using the Service to harass, intimidate, or threaten other users
Not uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code

Goordian grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business or personal legal practice management needs.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, text, images, and graphics, are owned by Goordian or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Goordian reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Ownership of Your Data

Any data, documents, cases, clients, and other information you upload to Goordian ("User Data") belongs to you. Goordian does not claim ownership of your User Data.

However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

Store, process, and maintain your User Data
Perform improvements to the Service
Comply with legal obligations

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

GOORDIAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Loss of data, revenue, profits, or clients
Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service

Goordian's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

Goordian may integrate or include third-party services. We are not responsible for:

The availability or functionality of third-party services
The content or privacy practices of third parties
Any damages resulting from your use of third-party services

7. Service Interruption

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Goordian may:

Perform maintenance or updates without notice
Suspend the Service for security reasons
Limit or deny access to any user in violation of these Terms

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting. Your continued use of the Service after 30 days constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Goordian may terminate your access immediately if:

You pose a security risk

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goordian, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, lawsuit, damages, or expense (including attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Violation of these Terms
Violation of any law or third-party rights

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Barcelona, Spain.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Goordian regarding the Service, superseding all prior agreements.
